1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on bdjjl.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the bdjjl platform regardless of the device used to access the service.

bdjjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, a notice will be published on the bdjjl.net website. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the hero section of this page. Your continued use of the bdjjl platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with bdjjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bdjjl and its players.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdjjl platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing bdjjl from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting services of this nature are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, any other person when placing bets or playing casino games on bdjjl.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from any online gambling platform, or if you have, the relevant exclusion period has fully expired.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bdjjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdjjl services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register for a bdjjl account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdjjl at any time. If you already hold a bdjjl account, you must not register a second account under the same or a different identity. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across them may be forfeited at bdjjl's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdjjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. bdjjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Never share your bdjjl password with any other person, including bdjjl support staff — our team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings to add an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your bdjjl account on any shared or public device immediately after your session ends.
• Notify bdjjl support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

bdjjl reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any point, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or if unusual account activity is detected. You may be asked to provide documents including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdjjl — deposits and withdrawals alike — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjjl does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.

Supported payment methods currently include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the bdjjl cashier page. bdjjl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals made in BDT, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

bdjjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Verification is a standard security and anti-fraud measure; it does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player. During a verification review, the relevant withdrawal may be placed on hold until the review is completed.

Withdrawals may be declined or reversed where bdjjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdjjl will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdjjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all bdjjl bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified on each individual promotion page.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your bdjjl wallet. Real money funds are used before bonus funds in most circumstances unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion.
• bdjjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and casino games played on bdjjl are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport market. These rules are available within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet or commencing a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and market availability. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body (for example, BPL, ICC, FIFA). In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with bdjjl's event settlement rules published in the sportsbook help section.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on bdjjl — including slots, live casino tables, and crash games — are produced by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by human dealers operating under monitored studio conditions. RNG certification is maintained by the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and is subject to independent periodic auditing.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, bdjjl's technical logs will be used to determine the outcome. If the game state cannot be definitively determined from the logs, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• bdjjl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human input mistake.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Verification typically takes no longer than 72 hours from the time of the win.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bdjjl.
• Using the bdjjl platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written approval from bdjjl.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the bdjjl platform or any game thereon.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game — including live dealer games — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the bdjjl platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to disguise your true geographical location or identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with bdjjl's payment partners in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdjjl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to bdjjl's backend systems.

bdjjl's security and compliance team monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under review, and access to funds may be temporarily restricted during the review period. bdjjl will communicate the outcome of any review to the relevant player within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdjjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of the platform.
• At the request of the player (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any deposit, withdrawal, or active play.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdjjl reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player breach — for example, due to a regulatory or operational decision by bdjjl — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
